On November 9, 2018 the training on improving financial literacy was held. The event was attended by 2nd year students of the Faculty of Economics of Tajik State University of Commerce. In the framework of the training, the issues of setting financial goals and planning own budget as well as family budget were raised. Using the example of an average Tajik family, the rational distribution tasks of the family budget were solved. Students, using their own examples, determined their expenses and possible ways of saving personal money for more important needs.

These trainings are conducted with the support of FINCA as part of the IFC project to increase the level of financial literacy among the population of the Republic of Tajikistan.

We thank the University of Commerce authorities for the opportunity to cooperate.
